Charming touch in a busy city

The hotel's modern decor was inviting, and the staff treated us like family, especially when they surprised me with a birthday card! I relished the cozy breakfast area overlooking the main street.

While the noise from the busy road outside could be distracting at times, the vibrant surroundings made up for it. The wifi connection was occasionally spotty in the room, but it worked well in the lobby.

Had amazing stay for 3 nights. My standard twin room was nicely equipped with spacious bathroom. It was in a good and perfect location, walking distance to a subway station. You could walk to a market and a convenience shop...

The staff were courteous and always had a smile. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with a good choice of meals to choose from.

To Kyoto really good. They helped us secure reservations at popular restaurants effortlessly. The hotel's central location.

Location near central train station and public transport, and bus stop and bar area. For shots visit Niku Bar Daiki, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. A great selection of options for savoury breakfast.

We had a really good stay in a long time. Everything was fine, it's perfectly clean and modern hotel. The location was convenient, for example, Kawaramachi was at a moderate distance from the venue;))

Located just 5 minutes' walk from Gojo and within 10 minutes of Karasuma, this cozy spot strikes the perfect balance between accessibility and comfort. The air-conditioned room features a tv and a handy fridge. Plus, the attentive staff who helped with luggage delivery were an absolute treat!

I loved how they let us check in early and the relaxing breakfast spot with a nice view. It was great to unwind in the leisure area and I enjoyed some quiet moments in the TV room. The breakfast choices were a bit limited, but definitely worth trying the eggs benedict! 😊

WiFi connection was spotty .

Clean and cozy rooms stocked with plenty of toiletries. Common area offers a fridge, ice, and the option to enjoy your own food and drinks.

Rooms feel cramped with some having blinded windows that block natural light.

Really good place to indulge in a peaceful stay while being close to vibrant nightlife.

Good Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were handy, but key drop-off was annoying.

The corner triple room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic location near shops and restaurants. The staff was attentive.

The breakfast options were excellent, especially the eggs benedict, which my kids loved. We enjoyed visiting the nearby shrines and parks that were just a pleasant walk away from the hotel. The staff's attention to our needs.

My wife says that the lack of a kids' play area was a downside.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from two subway stations. The double room wassuper clean and cozy, with a well-sized bathroom with modern amenities. Staff were notably helpful, assisting in making restaurant bookings and advising on local attractions. The room's small window barely let in light, contributing to a somewhat claustrophobic feel, disappointing. The breakfast options were limited, although the European bread served was a nice touch.
